MusicWriter is an easy-to-use Android app that allows composers (or all manner of human) to jot down short motifs or themes to songs on musical staffs on-the-go. Rather than spend time drawing staffs, clefs, filling in notes, etc. app users tap the screen to add notes. Drawing is enabled for the drawing of sharps, flats, etc. Users may take their musical notes (pun intended) in portrait or landscape style, with one or two staffs fitted on the screen at a time.
